Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools for creative workflows, project tracking, and process optimization is highly valued.\nWhat is a day in the life of a Creative Project Manager?\nAssist with setting up timelines and communicate across multiple teams working on the same project.\nManage team tasks and help ensure proper, timely completion.\nBuild relationships with various departments to foster strong cross-team collaboration.\nHelp develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Pattern.\nAssist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives related to company-wide projects.\nEnsure teams have what they need to fulfill their tasks and identify ways to unblock them if needed.\nIdentify opportunities to integrate AI-driven tools and solutions to increase efficiency in project tracking, creative asset management, and reporting.\nOversee the processing of creative tasks and requests from multiple teams within the company and assign them to the appropriate team member.\nCoordinate across departments on tasks and campaign executions.\nAssist with managing large-scale, organization-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, and close.\nManage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple work streams requiring inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.\nStay informed on emerging AI tools and assist in evaluating their use for creative production, content QA, and workflow automation.\nWhat will I need to thrive in this role?\n4 + years relevant Project Management work experience.\nBachelor's degree.\nFamiliarity/experience with Asana or other equivalent project management software.\nExperience building out roadmaps, trackers, and strategic plans to keep cross-functional creative projects organized and on track.\nAgency experience is a plus.\nExperience with A/B Testing\n\nDocumenting a test repository for past results to inform future roadmap\nMaintaining a test calendar\nBuilding in test-and-learn cycles into content planning\nAnalytical, problem solver, independent, self-starter, high attention to detail, keen sense of urgency.\nHighly organized; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nComfortable adopting and experimenting with AI tools for task management, creative production, and cross-team communication.\nCreative project management experience.\nExperience with AI tools for workflow automation, asset QA, or creative ideation.\nWhat does high performance look like?\nConsistently delivers all assignments on schedule and with attention to quality.\nDemonstrates commitment and accountability on all projects and responsibilities.\nProactively contributes in group settings and fosters collaborative team environments.\nOperates with a high degree of autonomy, taking complete ownership of projects and ensuring successful completion.\nAdheres to client style guides and requirements.\nHas a passion for creative problem-solving and an eye for design.\nWhat is the team like?\nYou will work with the full-time Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Photo and Video Directors, and other members of our creative team.
