The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and supporting overall financial operations.\nMajor Accountabilties\nInvoice Processing:Efficiently handle the end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.\nVerify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.\n\nVendor Management:Maintain positive relationships with vendors and respond to inquiries regarding payment status.\nAddress and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.\n\nPayment Processing:Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH transactions.\nEnsure timely and accurate disbursement of payments to vendors.\n\nExpense Reports:Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.\nVerify receipts and documentation for accuracy and completeness.\n\nRecordkeeping and Reporting:Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.\nGenerate regular reports to provide insights into payment status and financial data.\n\nAP Automation Experience:Utilize accounts payable automation tools to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve accuracy.\nContribute to the ongoing development and optimization of AP automation processes.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Work Experience\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nProven experience as an Accounts Payable Coordinator or in a similar role.\nFamiliarity with Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based ERP accounting software.\nExperience with accounts payable automation tools.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and practices.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nEffective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.\nDynamic Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
