when required.\nEnsure compliance with Maternity Benefits Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Minimum Wages Act.\nPrepare and file periodic statutory reports such as PF, ESI, Employee TDS, and professional tax filings.\nHaving experience in processing of Equity would be a plus\nEmployee Support & Reporting:\nAddress payroll-related queries from employees and ensure timely resolution.\nGenerate payroll reports and analytics for internal stakeholders, including finance and HR teams.\nAssist in budgeting and forecasting payroll
