To learn more, visit pattern.com.\nThe UK Warehouse Manager at Pattern is responsible for the full management of warehouse operations at our UK Warehouse, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence, build and manage a dynamic team, and support commercial objectives aligned with Pattern’s growth and customer service goals.\nWhat is the day in the life of a Shift Manager?\nFull site management. Scheduling of goods receipts, volumes to be processed\n\nFinancially skilled in Budgetary & P&L responsibility for the site. Building a strong, efficient and experienced FTE team.\n\nWorking with key resource suppliers to dynamically flex the team in line with the demands of the business and the seasonal volumes.\n\nDriving operational excellence and continuous improvements to support the evolving business.\n\nSourcing and managing consumable providers, continuous negotiation on costs.\n\nSetting SLA’s and tracking KPIs.\n\nWorking with the Merchandise Planning team on forecasted volumes and shipping priorities.\n\nWhat will I need to thrive in this role?\nDemonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility.\n\nStrong leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSolid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.\n\nExcellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices.\n\nStrong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods.\n\nEffective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills.
