Under the general guidance of the Art Director, you will help establish a creative direction and lead projects for key partners, leveraging your solid understanding of the project cycle. You will have opportunities to mentor and develop Junior and Mid-level Visual Designers and enhance your own design and leadership skills, both internally and client-facing.\nCore Responsibilities / Job Duties\nCreate visual concepts for Amazon product listings, A+ content, and storefronts that align with the overall creative strategy, brand style guides, engage target audiences, and meet brand objectives.\nPromote and protect creative integrity throughout the process.\nUnderstand and track design trends, identifying areas of opportunity to expand and stretch conventional approaches.\nConduct thorough brand research to deliver assets that resonate with the target audience while maintaining brand consistency.\nCollaborate closely with the Art Director to receive feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure that the creative vision aligns with brand partners' needs.\nMaintain a well-organized file management system to ensure efficient workflow and consistency across brand folders and Google Sheets.\nCreate visual presentations that effectively communicate design concepts, strategies, and design decisions.\nKey Skills And Areas For Development\nExtremely organized and works well under pressure.\nDeliver inspiring and exceptional design work.\nAble to view a project from a strategic perspective.\nA deep understanding of the industry and market trends and how to create a unique design strategy within that context.\nDevelop skills in staff/personnel management.\nRequired qualification\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited design program in a directly related field of study.\nPortfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and design in consumer branding and packaging design.\nGood communication and organizational skills.\n7-10 years of relevant experience; agency setting preferred.\nExperience overseeing and mentoring junior staff.\nAmazon (or marketplace equivalent) experience preferred.\nAdvanced knowledge of industry-standard programs such as Adobe CS (XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, Google Workspace.\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nPattern is an equal opportunity employer.
