Candidates must be willing and able to travel to client homes throughout all three areas.\nWhat you’ll do\nConduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.\nOversee ABA services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment to meet each client’s needs.\nTrain, supervise, and coach Behavior Technicians to deliver effective, compassionate care.\nProvide practical caregiver training that helps families build skills into daily routines.\nPartner with the Clinical Director on clinical quality, staff development, and program growth.\nMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.\nWhat you’ll bring\nCurrent BCBA certification and a master’s degree in a related field.\nAt least two years of experience in ABA.\nExperience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and using data to guide care.\nKnowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and individualized ABA interventions.\nStrong communication, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills.\nAbility to travel between client homes across Albany, Schenectady, and Troy.\nAbout Patterns\nPatterns Behavioral Services provides in-home, center-based, and school-based ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
