We value the diverse talents and experiences our employees bring to Patterson and believe that they build a stronger and successful organization.\nJob Summary\nAs a TechEdge Service Coordinator for Patterson Dental, you will be responsible for providing a professional approach to dispatching and performing all duties related to the scheduling of requests for service. The service coordinator role requires a high level of professional autonomy due to the nature of resource planning in assignment of service technicians to service requests.\n Essential Functions\nTriages calls and inquiries from customers.\n\nAssigns and schedules service requests from clients or company personnel.\n\nManages resources efficiently and effectively for all scheduled service.\n\nMonitors service orders assigned to technicians.\n\nResponsible for the life cycle of service order (creates, edits, completes and invoice service orders).\n\nReconciles various CRM reports on a monthly basis.\n\nWorks closely with the Branch Procurement Specialist(s) with resource and project planning.\n\nDemonstrates a commitment to Patterson values & professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times.\n\nPerforms other service coordinator duties as assigned.\n\nJob Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociates degree or higher preferred or 2-5 years equivalent industry experience.\n\nExpresses strong customer service orientation or related dispatching experience through excellent written and verbal/phone communication skills.\n\nHas strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, demonstrates sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities, and shows a great attention to detail.\n\nAbility to positively contribute to the Branch team environment by taking initiative to learn and improve upon skillsets.\n\nPossesses strong planning and organizational skills, both written and verbal.\n\nUses technology with efficiency, including Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM platforms.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n1-3 years dispatching and customer service experience, with previous experience in the Dental industry preferred.\n\nPrevious working experience with project or resource coordination.\n\nBookkeeping/accounting experience preferred.\n\nWhat's In It For You:\nWe provide competitive benefits, unique incentive programs and rewards for our eligible employees:\nFull Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits and an integrated Wellness Program\n\n401(k) Match Retirement Savings Plan\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nHoliday Pay & Floating Holidays\n\nVolunteer Time Off (VTO)\n\nEducational Assistance Program\n\nFull Paid Parental and Adoption Leave\n\nLifeWorks (Employee Assistance Program)\n\nPatterson Perks Program\n\nThe potential compensation range for this role is below.
