ownership of improvement projects and continue developing their CI expertise.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContinuous Improvement & Process Optimization\nAnalyze operational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, duplication, and inefficiencies\nSupport and lead Continuous Improvement projects from identification through implementation\nDevelop and implement standard work, best practices, and improved operating procedures\nUse Lean, Kaizen, 5S, root-cause analysis, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies\nCreate process maps, workflows, and standard work instructions\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, accuracy, safety, service levels, and operating costs\nMeasure project results and ensure improvements are sustained\nEvaluate processes to support business growth, increased volume, and changing operational needs\nDistribution & Warehouse Operations\nIdentify opportunities to improve receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping\nSupport improvements to warehouse layouts, storage locations, material flow, and space utilization\nHelp improve order fulfillment speed and accuracy\nAnalyze labor utilization, productivity, travel time, touches, and material handling\nSupport initiatives to improve dock-to-stock time and overall shipment flow\nAssist with facility-capacity and workflow planning\nManufacturing Operations\nPartner with Manufacturing leadership to improve material and workflow through production\nIdentify operational constraints and bottlenecks\nImprove handoffs between Manufacturing, Inventory, Receiving, and Distribution\nSupport efforts to reduce downtime, rework, scrap, errors, and material shortages\nImprove coordination between production schedules and downstream operations\nHelp develop processes that support new products, increased SKU volume, and changing customer demand\nInventory & Quality\nSupport initiatives to improve inventory and location accuracy\nAnalyze inventory discrepancies and assist with root-cause investigations\nImprove labeling, scanning, inventory transactions, and cycle-count processes\nIdentify opportunities to reduce damaged, excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory\nPartner with Operations and Quality teams to reduce errors, defects, rework, and waste\nDevelop sustainable inventory-control and accountability processes\nTechnology & Systems\nIdentify opportunities to improve ERP, WMS, and other operational system processes\nPartner with Operations and IT on system and workflow improvements\nSupport opportunities involving barcode scanning, RF technology, automation, and other operational tools\nAnalyze system transactions and data to identify process gaps\nParticipate in system testing, implementations, upgrades, and process validation\nData & Performance\nAnalyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities\nSupport the development of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting\nEstablish baseline performance and measure results following process changes\nTranslate operational data into actionable improvement recommendations\nTrack project performance requirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, process improvement, manufacturing, distribution, quality, Lean, operations, or a related field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience using data to evaluate operational performance\nAbility to conduct root-cause analysis and develop practical solutions\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities\nComfortable working directly within manufacturing and distribution environments\nAbility to move between strategic analysis and hands-on process observation\nStrong organizational and follow-through skills\nExperience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, process mapping, standard work, value-stream mapping,
