Other job specific duties for this position can be learned through on-the-job training.\nThe successful candidate will: set high standards of performance for themselves and others; be professional in written, verbal and personal actions in any situation; seek new knowledge and experiences; have an analytical mindset that can utilize factual data to develop creative and business-oriented solutions; be selfaware and adjust accordingly to different environments and audiences.\nThis role performs under the direct supervision of the local Office Supervisor or the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.\nDetailed Description:\nReview and analyze client contracts and other related documents for billing terms and conditions\nProcess billing information in the accounting system to generate client invoices\nRespond to urgent requests from operations management\nOrganize data related to the job\nInteract with multiple levels of authority throughout the company\nMaintain a high level of confidentiality with all sensitive information\nFollow all Company protocols, procedures and controls in performing assigned duties\nResponsive during critical accounting period closes\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nJob Requirements:\nAbility to read, analyze and comprehend contracts and related documents\nGeneral working knowledge of accounting procedures, specifically related to accounts receivable\nComputer skills sufficient to enter high volumes of invoices accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner\nEffective 10-key and keyboarding skills\nProficient in the use of computers and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,\nPowerPoint and Outlook)\nA self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team\nProactively manages work time to meet processing deadlines\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with challenges\nStrong organizational skills with time management and multi-tasking abilities\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable function\n2 years of general office experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of accounts receivable experience\nExperience in the oil field services industry\nExperience with Oracle software\nAdditional Details:\nWork is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.\n**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
