Working at the intersection of software development, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations, you will leverage automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps practices to streamline deployments, enhance system performance, and support business-critical applications.\nThis role requires a hands-on technical professional who can develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, optimize cloud environments, and contribute to continuous improvements across the software development lifecycle.\nYou will be responsible for:\nDesigning, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate software build, test, and deployment processes.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining automation workflows using Ansible to provision, configure, and manage applications and infrastructure.\n\nBuilding, deploying, and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.\n\nSupporting and optimizing Azure cloud environments with a focus on performance, security, scalability, availability, and cost optimization.\n\nImplementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Nagios and Splunk to ensure system reliability and operational visibility.\n\nAdministering and supporting Linux and Windows server environments.\n\nManaging containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, orchestration, and troubleshooting.\n\nCollaborating with software development, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate DevOps practices into application delivery workflows.\n\nTroubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, application, and environment-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.\n\nSupporting and improving software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes through automation, standardization, and process optimization.\n\nDeveloping scripts and automation solutions using Bash, PowerShell, and other relevant technologies to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.\n\nParticipating in system upgrades, platform enhancements, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\n\nCreating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and deployment standards.\n\nYou have:\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, DevOps, or related technical roles.\n\n3+ years of experience administering Linux and Windows environments.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience working with Azure cloud services.\n\nStrong proficiency with Linux, Windows, Bash, PowerShell, and Java.\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nHands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, and related DevOps toolsets.\n\nStrong understanding of CI/CD methodologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and release automation.\n\nExperience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.\n\nExperience designing and improving automated deployment and operational processes within modern SDLC environments.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments.\n\nYou are:\nA highly technical and detail-oriented DevOps professional with a strong focus on automation and operational excellence.\n\nAn effective collaborator who works well within cross-functional technical teams.\n\nA proactive problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nAdaptable and committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging DevOps technologies and best practices.\n\nWell-organized and capable of managing multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat we offer:\nIn addition to a highly competitive salary, we offer a great range of benefits, a company pension plan, free parking, exclusive team member offers, and opportunities for development and career progression.\nIf you’re looking to join a team that puts people first, you’re in the right place.
