In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition to digital processes by equipping pharmacy teams with the skills and confidence to use Kroll effectively in a paperless environment.\nThis temporary position is expected to last 22 months.\nYou will be responsible for:\nTraining Delivery:\nSupporting the delivery of engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on Kroll paperless workflow functionalities.\nProviding hands-on training during go-live periods at pharmacy locations - out-of-town travel is required to locations across Western Canada.\nChange Management Support:\nActing as a change champion, helping team members adapt to the new Kroll paperless Workflow.\nFacilitating adoption through clear communication and targeted coaching.\nTroubleshooting & Feedback:\nServing as a point of contact for Kroll workflow and training-related issues during rollout.\nActively listening and gathering feedback from pharmacy teams and reporting to the Regional Manager, Pharmacy Operations.\nYou have:\n2 or more years of experience with Kroll Paperless Pharmacy Management Software.\nA solid understanding of pharmacy operations, with a focus on transitioning from traditional paper-based processes to paperless workflows and systems.\nExperience working in a community pharmacy dispensary is an asset.\nA Pharmacy Assistant, Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist designation is an asset.\nExperience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage, track, and appropriately escalate requests is an asset.\nA valid driver’s licence and vehicle with the ability to travel to assigned pharmacy locations.\nYou are:\nA supportive trainer, guiding teams through change with empathy and encouragement.\nA clear communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively with pharmacy teams, regional managers and cross-functional business areas.\nSolutions focused, proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues, using feedback to improve training delivery and system usability.\nA collaborative partner, working well with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.\nOrganized and detail oriented, managing tasks efficiently and maintaining clear and consistent documentation.\nAdaptable and mobile, with flexibility to travel to pharmacy locations across Western Canada and thrive in a hands-on environment during rollout phases.\nAble to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and escalate concerns appropriately when required.\nCompensation Details:\n$66,292.00 - $140,00.00\nThe compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.\nIND6\nJoin our Team!\nCome be part of an energetic and inclusive team where we work together to have fun and achieve our goals.
