escalate sensitive cases to the HR Director.\n\n Oversee employee records, HRIS, leave, HMO, pensions, insurance and other approved benefits administration.\n\n Validate authorised HR payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance while maintaining segregation of duties.\n\n Ensure implementation of employment policies, regulatory compliance, data protection and HR audit actions.\n\n Supervise HR reporting and workforce data quality; support the HR Director’s workforce planning decisions.\n\n Oversee reception, transport, drivers, employee correspondence and administrative services assigned to HR.\n\n Coordinate HR-related HSE matters with Facilities and Security, and support academic appointments with relevant University authorities.\n\nQualifications\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.\n\n Professional HR qualification or membership (CIPM, CIPD or SHRM) preferred.\n\n At least 10 years’ progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.\n\n Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and Nigerian employment compliance;
