The role ensures that all returns are accepted, checked and packed accurately and in a timely fashion. By liaising with the UK E-Commerce and Customer Service teams, the role will support the growth of the US business.\nThis role is based at our Lincoln Park, New Jersey Warehouse \nWhat you’ll be doing\nEnsure that all customer returns and exchanges are completed in Magento and that the correct procedures are followed according to the nature of the return/exchange. Escalate any issues to management as needed.\n\nRefund transactions through the Website Admin via the correct payment method or carry out exchange as requested by customer.\n\nCheck all returned items for damages before returning to web for resale. If item is faulty ensure that it is carefully checked and reported to the appropriate department.\n\nMaintain customer service team up date of the status of returns/ exchanges.\n\nProvide seasonal feedback reports to ecommerce manager on all fit items, faulty items, and quality issues\n\nProvide monthly reporting on stock movement in warehouse.\n\nMaintain returns area and warehouse organized and properly maintained by ensuring that housekeeping standards are met and adhere to Health & Safety standards and guidelines daily.\n\nEnsure warehouse packing supply is ordered in a timely manner.\n\nLiaise with couriers to ensure any inquiries with shipping are resolved.\n\nTransport packages to and from warehouse, retail store and corporate office as needed.\n\nEnsure that all shipping and customs paperwork is properly completed and submitted.\n\nAssist with warehouse duties as required by line manager.\n\nWho you are\nPrevious experience working in a warehouse/ stock room environment.\n\nHas a valid and in good standing driver’s license and is comfortable driving in NYC.\n\nAble to lift 30/50+ pounds.\n\nGood working knowledge in using computer systems.\n\nExperience in providing excellent customer service.\n\nAbility to meet deadlines.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nPassion for style, fashion and the Paul Smith Brand.\n\nFlexible and reliable.\n\nGood team member, helpful, approachable and trustworthy.\n\nWhy you’ll love working with us\nWorking at Paul Smith means being part of a brand that celebrates creativity, individuality and authenticity.
