Initiatives may span customer-facing platforms, ERP and supply chain applications, systems integrations, data and analytics, and infrastructure.\nIn this role, you will translate business objectives into actionable plans, coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners, and maintain alignment from initiation through launch. Depending on organizational needs, you may manage individual projects or a group of related workstreams.\nAs the Technical Program Manager, you will\nLead technology projects and smaller-scale programs from planning through implementation.\nDevelop and maintain clear objectives, workplans, milestones, budgets, and success measures.\nCoordinate delivery across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and consulting partners.\nPartner closely with a Business Systems Analyst or independently to gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.\nManage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and resource constraints, escalating when appropriate.\nFacilitate stakeholder alignment and maintain accountability across teams without direct authority.\nCreate clear status reports, decision materials, dashboards, and other program documentation.\nContribute to consistent program management practices and ways of working.\nWhat you’ll bring to the table:\nSkills:\nWorking knowledge of enterprise applications, systems integrations, APIs, data and analytics, and technology infrastructure.\nStrong project planning, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.\nAbility to communicate effectively with business, technical, vendor, and leadership audiences.\nAbility to build alignment, maintain momentum, and drive execution in a collaborative environment.\nExperience:\n5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business systems analysis, or related technology delivery roles.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives involving business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.\nExperience managing project plans, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and dependencies.\nExperience gathering and validating business requirements when dedicated Business Analyst support is not available.\nExperience working across multiple technology domains, regions, or business functions preferred.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nPMP or related certification is a plus.\nWork environment & Collaboration:\nRemote eligible position, with ability to support east coast time zone preferred.\nRegular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across North America and Europe, and occasionally Asia.\nWhat we offer you:\nA robust benefits package including health, vision, dental, retirement and more\nFlexible spending account, Employee assistance program\nFitness perks, meditation app membership and more\nProduct samples and discounts\nGenerous PTO\nNote: At any time, with or without notice, Paula’s Choice reserves the right to add/delete/change the position’s requirements.\nApproximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:\n\n$125,000 - $135,000 USD/annually\n\n#LI-MS1\nPaula’s Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data.
