You lead with integrity and transparency, turn ideas into practical improvements, and empower teams to embrace change while driving customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\nTo succeed in this role, you likely have\nUniversity degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or other Supply Chain Functions, with people leading responsibility\nStrong experience in leading change, driving process improvements, change initiatives, and cross-functional projects\nBuilding strong relationships internally and externally comes naturally to you, and your analytical skills support your solution-oriented mindset\nPrevious experience in working or implementing ERP (M3) and CRM (Sales Force) \nsystems will be beneficial in the role\nFluency in written and spoken English.
