You will be based in either Mölndal/Solna, Sweden or Helsinki, Finland and report to the Head of IT, Data & Integration, and work with colleagues and partners across our locations.\nYour role in the blend\nAs Data and Integration Architect, you will shape scalable data and integration solutions, guide technical delivery, and connect business needs with Paulig’s enterprise architecture. You will set architectural direction while working closely with internal teams and external partners to turn it into secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.\nIn this role, you will:\nDefine and maintain Paulig’s target architecture, principles, and roadmaps for data platforms, integrations, APIs, and information flows.\nTranslate business and solution requirements into secure, scalable, and reusable architecture designs across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.\nGuide delivery teams and partners through solution design, technical decisions, design reviews, and implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.\nEstablish integration and data governance patterns covering APIs, events, master data, metadata, security, quality, observability, and lifecycle management.\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across transformation initiatives, including ERP, analytics, and digital business capabilities, while collaborating with business stakeholders, cybersecurity, application teams, data specialists, vendors, and strategic partners.\nYour key ingredients\nYou combine hands-on architecture expertise with a pragmatic business mindset.
