You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and report to the Technical Engineering Manager.\nYour role in the blend\nAs Maintenance Manager, you will lead the safe, efficient and compliant execution of maintenance activities at our Roeselare site. You will empower the maintenance teams to deliver strong results, while ensuring that day-to-day activities are aligned with our business objectives, safety standards and continuous improvement ambitions.\nYou will play a key role in translating maintenance plans into effective execution.
