You will report to the Head of IT - Group Functions & ERP and will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to combine service ownership, vendor management, technology understanding, and business collaboration while working closely with both internal stakeholders and external service partners.\nYour responsibilities\nYou will act as the service owner for Paulig M3 ERP environment:\nYour responsibilities include:\nOwn M3 environment technical platform from IT point of view\nMaintain and own Platform roadmap and technical backlog and participate in functional backlog coordination\nUnderstand and communicate new releases\nSupport and drive enhancements toward Infor\nWork closely together with Process and Data Owners and Managers\nClose collaboration with Service Manager, ERP and other IT & Digital team members\nUnderstand technical and process architecture around the platform\nWork closely with other Platform Managers to guide solution architecture, ensure interoperability, and drive best practices.\nStay up to date with new releases regarding Infor M3 and connected technologies and clearly communicate relevant matters to stakeholders \nSupport enterprise architecture initiatives and contribute to overall IT strategy.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProven experience with Infor M3\nStrong understanding of modern technology landscapes, including cloud platforms, automation, data management, and cybersecurity.\nExperience working in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical guidance.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills to drive discussions around Platform and to drive forward decision making\nA track record of delivering technology solutions that support business objectives in a complex IT environment.\nWho you are\nYou are proactive, collaborative and eager to take ownership.
