You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and report to the Warehouse Coördinator.\nYour role in the blend\nAs a Warehouse Administrative Assistant, you play a key role in supporting the daily logistics operations of our state-of-the-art automated High Bay Warehouse. You ensure the accurate administrative processing of goods movements, coordinate logistics activities with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to a smooth and efficient flow of goods through the effective use of our ERP, WMS and Yard Management systems. In addition, you provide essential backup support to the dispatching function, ensuring operational continuity during absences and peak periods.\nIn this role, you will:\nPrepare, coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transport documentation, customs administration, CMRs and pallet management.\n\nCoordinate loading and unloading operations and provide clear instructions to warehouse operators.\n\nPrepare and follow up on case-picking activities to ensure timely order fulfilment.\n\nProcess and maintain logistics transactions in ERP and WMS systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational continuity.\n\nManage Time Slot Management and the Yard Management systems to optimize transport planning and warehouse capacity.\n\nCollaborate closely with transport, dispatching, warehouse operations and production teams.\n\nAct as the first point of contact for operational issues and support the resolution of day-to-day logistics challenges.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve logistics processes, efficiency and service levels.\n\nTake ownership of dispatching activities during absences, holidays and peak periods, ensuring continuity of shipment processing, transport administration, dock coordination and communication with carriers, drivers and internal stakeholders.\n\nYour key ingredients\nYou would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:\nA Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in a logistics administrative role.\n\nStrong organisational and administrative skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.\n\nExperience in logistics, transport, dispatching or warehouse operations is a strong asset.\n\nExperience working with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.\n\nThe ability to work independently while building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.\n\nA flexible and hands-on approach, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic operational environment.\n\nWillingness to act as back-up dispatcher and independently take over dispatching responsibilities when required.\n\nA solution-oriented mindset with the capability to handle operational challenges and exceptions within a fast-paced environment.\n\nA continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, optimisation and operational excellence.\n\nFluent in Dutch and professional communication skills in English.
