reconciliation.\nYou bring strong scripting skills using Python and pandas for data processing and workflow automation.\nYou have deep knowledge of geospatial data, including coordinate systems, spatial joins, and geometry data using QGIS.\nYou have hands-on experience running and modifying ETL workflows such as FME.\nYou possess a Bachelor or Master in Geomatics, GIS, Data Science, or Engineering.\nYou're autonomous and proactive in resolving complex data issues and triaging tasks by impact.\nYou are meticulous with address and geometry data and focus on repeatable, documented processes.\nYou are fluent in French with professional knowledge of English.\nNice to Haves\nDirect experience with PyQGIS or QGIS plugin development.\nKnowledge of regional address and cadastral references such as BeST Address, ICAR, or Belmap.\nFamiliarity with telecommunications network inventories and infrastructure assets.\nExperience building internal tools with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.\nActive knowledge of
