accounts receivable and collections follow-ups\nMonitor outstanding balances and payment status\nConfirm incoming payments and maintain accurate transaction records\nSupport healthy cash flow through consistent AR management\nCash Flow & Financial Operations\nTrack incoming and outgoing transactions\nMonitor cash flow and payment schedules\nMaintain accurate financial reports and trackers\nSupport banking and treasury-related activities\nProvide leadership with clear visibility into financial priorities\nAccounting Systems & Automation\nSupport migration from QuickBooks to modern accounting systems\nImprove accounting workflows using automation and AI tools\nReduce repetitive manual processes\nStreamline payment tracking, reporting, and reconciliations\nHelp build scalable accounting processes as the business grows\nReporting & Financial Organization\nPrepare financial summaries and operational reports\nMaintain clean, organized, audit-ready records\nEnsure accuracy across financial systems and documentation\nSupport consistent accounting and compliance processes\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience\nStrong hands-on experience with QuickBooks\nExperience managing invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment tracking\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills\nFamiliarity with digital banking and payment processing platforms\nStrong understanding of financial tracking workflows\nExcellent attention to detail and organization\nStrong written and spoken English\nComfortable working with U.S.-based leadership\nAvailability during U.S. business hours\nNice to Have\nAccounting system migration experience\nExperience with automation or AI-assisted accounting workflows\nCash forecasting or treasury
