In this role, you’ll manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales commission calculations, and financial reconciliations while maintaining accurate financial records.\nReporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure invoices, payments, commissions, and financial reporting are handled accurately and efficiently.\nWhat You’ll Own\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\nGenerate and send customer invoices, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments.\nApply customer payments and reconcile account discrepancies.\nMonitor accounts receivable aging reports and help maintain accurate customer records.\nAccounts Payable (AP)\nProcess vendor invoices and ensure payments are made on time.\nMaintain accurate vendor records and resolve billing discrepancies.\nSupport an organized and reliable accounts payable process.\nSales Commission Management\nCalculate and process sales commissions accurately based on established compensation plans.\nMaintain commission reports and verify calculations against relevant sales data.\nCollaborate with sales leadership to address commission-related questions and discrepancies.\nAccounting & Reconciliation\nPerform daily and monthly financial reconciliations.\nAssist with month-end closing activities.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks or other relevant accounting systems.\nSystems & Financial Reporting\nUse Salesforce to manage sales data, generate reports, and support commission calculations.\nGenerate financial and operational reports for internal teams.\nReconcile information across accounting systems, CRM platforms, and spreadsheets.\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across financial records and reports.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nAt least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar role.\nStrong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.\nSalesforce experience is mandatory and non-negotiable. Candidates must have hands-on professional experience using Salesforce to manage sales data, generate reports, and support financial or commission-related processes. Candidates without Salesforce experience will not be considered.\n Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com is mandatory. Experience with at least one of these systems is required.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.\nStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to reconcile data across accounting systems, CRM platforms, and spreadsheets.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to work independently
