About the Role

We’re hiring an AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator to operate at the intersection of AI, marketing, content creation, outreach, events, and operational execution.

This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely AI-native and uses AI tools as a core part of how they work-not just for editing or brainstorming.

You’ll work directly with leadership and contribute across multiple business initiatives, including content marketing, podcasts, outreach campaigns, webinars, conferences, social media, websites, landing pages, presentations, and client communications.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimenting with new technologies, learns independently, and takes ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflows & Automation

• Build, optimize, and manage AI-powered workflows and operational systems.
• Work daily with AI tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Codex
• OpenClaw
• Emerging AI platforms
• Develop prompts, automations, agents, and repeatable systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI.
• Continuously evaluate and test new AI tools and technologies.

Content Marketing & Social Media

• Manage company social media channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms.
• Develop LinkedIn content for leadership and company branding.
• Build and maintain content calendars.
• Repurpose long-form content into:
• Social posts
• Video clips
• Summaries
• Newsletters
• Promotional assets
• Contribute content ideas, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

Podcast Production & Distribution

• Coordinate podcast scheduling and recording logistics.
• Edit podcast episodes and prepare content for publication.
• Create:
• Short-form clips
• Captions
• Episode summaries
• Promotional content
• Manage the podcast workflow from recording to distribution.

Outreach & Lead Generation

• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Support cold email initiatives, including:
• Campaign setup
• Domain management
• Email warm-up processes
• Build prospect databases using tools such as Clay and similar platforms.
• Optimize targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.

Creative & Marketing Execution

• Update and maintain websites and landing pages.
• Create:
• Presentations
• Sales collateral
• Event materials
• Marketing assets
• Conference materials
• Design visual content using tools such as Canva and AI-powered design platforms.
• Support book publishing and self-publishing projects when needed.

Email Marketing & Communication

• Create and distribute newsletters.
• Draft professional outbound communications.
• Support nurture sequences and email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with customer engagement and relationship-building initiatives.

Events, Conferences & Webinars

• Coordinate:
• Event registrations
• Sponsorship activities
• Vendor communication
• Travel logistics
• Webinar preparation
• Assist with webinar presentations and supporting materials.
• Support event execution and follow-up activities.

Technical & Platform Support

• Navigate platforms such as:
• GitHub
• Supabase
• Cloudflare
• Manage simple configuration updates and technical tasks.
• Collaborate with developers when technical support is required.

• Strong written English and copywriting skills.
• Experience managing content, marketing, outreach, or communications projects.

• Proficiency with:
