You’ll work with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technically sound application recommendations, support product evaluations and proof-of-concept work, guide customer onboarding and implementation, and help build clear technical documentation.\nWhat You’ll Own\nTechnical Application Support\nServe as the primary technical resource for customers.\nHelp customers understand how Krevera's products and solutions apply to their specific use cases and challenges.\nUnderstand customer environments and map Krevera's products to their needs.\nSolution Design & Scoping\nWork with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into clear, technically sound application recommendations and configurations.\nSupport customers in identifying appropriate solutions for their technical requirements.\nPre-Sales & Post-Sales Engagement\nPartner with sales and product teams during customer evaluations.\nSupport product demonstrations and proof-of-concept work that builds confidence in Krevera's solutions.\nSupport customers throughout both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.\nCustomer Onboarding & Implementation Guidance\nGuide customers through initial setup and deployment.\nHelp ensure customers get up and running correctly and efficiently.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Building\nCreate and maintain application notes, technical guides, and FAQs.\nDevelop customer-facing written materials that help customers self-serve.\nHelp internal teams communicate product capabilities clearly.\nFeedback Loop to Product\nCapture recurring customer questions, pain points, and feature requests.\nRelay customer feedback to Krevera's product and engineering teams.\nHelp inform the product roadmap through insights gathered from customer engagements.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nDemonstrated experience in an applications engineering, field applications, or systems engineering role, ideally within a technical product company.\nStrong foundational knowledge in the relevant engineering domain.\nAbility to understand customer environments and map Krevera's products to their needs.\nComfort working at the intersection of technical depth and customer communication.\nAbility to explain complex concepts clearly to both engineers and non-engineers.\nExperience supporting or collaborating with sales teams during pre-sales and proof-of-concept cycles.\nAbility to produce clear technical documentation, application notes, or customer-facing written materials.\nBased in the United States, with availability to engage during standard US business hours.\nWhat Makes You a Strong Fit\nYou own problems end-to-end: when a customer question comes in, you follow it through to a real answer rather than passing it around.\nYou communicate proactively, keeping customers and internal teammates informed without needing to be prompted.\nYou are comfortable sitting at the edge of what you know and learning on the job, asking good questions, and building expertise quickly in unfamiliar territory.\nYou bring a low-ego, collaborative approach to working across technical and commercial teams.\nYou adapt your communication style to whoever you are working with.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCustomers receive clear, technically sound guidance for their specific applications and challenges.\nCustomer evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept work are well supported.\nCustomers are guided through setup and deployment effectively.\nTechnical documentation helps customers self-serve and reduces repeat questions.\nRecurring customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests are clearly communicated to product and engineering teams.\nCustomers and internal teams have clear communication throughout active engagements.\nTypical Day\nYour day moves between customer-facing work and internal collaboration.
