If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by creating sales opportunities, this is a great fit.\nResponsibilities\nLead Outreach & Qualification\nConduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys.\nEngage prospects through meaningful conversations and qualify interest.\nHandle objections professionally and confidently.\nFollow up consistently until a clear decision is reached.\nAppointment Setting\nSchedule qualified meetings for the sales team.\nMaintain accurate calendars and scheduling.\nEnsure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.\nCRM & Pipeline Management\nMaintain accurate records in the CRM.\nTrack prospect interactions, follow-ups, and appointment status.\nKeep lead pipelines organized and up to date.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nProven experience in appointment setting, sales, business development, SDR, or BDR roles.\nStrong outbound prospecting and follow-up skills.\nExcellent verbal English communication skills.\nComfortable speaking with attorneys and navigating gatekeepers.\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.\nExperience with CRM systems and scheduling tools.\nReliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.\nNice to Have\nExperience working with lawyers or legal professionals.\nExperience in a marketing agency environment.\nNative English speaker.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nConsistently booking qualified appointments.\nStrong outbound activity and follow-up discipline.\nOrganized and accurate CRM management.\nProfessional communication with prospective clients.\nPositive contribution to pipeline growth.\nInterview Process\nInitial Recruiter Screening\nClient Interview\nOffer & Onboarding\nWhat Happens After You Apply\nRight after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video.
