Charter Sales Executive - Private Aviation & Luxury Sales

Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours | Rotating Coverage

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage private jet charter inquiries, build relationships with high-net-worth clients, and convert qualified opportunities into high-value bookings.

This is a relationship-driven sales role where speed, professionalism, and white-glove service matter. You’ll guide clients from initial inquiry through booking and post-flight follow-up while delivering a seamless luxury experience.

What You’ll Do

Charter Sales & Deal Conversion

• Manage inbound private jet charter inquiries and convert leads into bookings
• Understand client travel requirements and recommend tailored flight solutions
• Guide clients confidently through quoting, aircraft selection, and booking
• Handle high-value sales conversations with professionalism and urgency
• Drive repeat bookings and long-term revenue through strong relationships

Luxury Client Experience

• Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and premium clients
• Deliver concierge-level service throughout the client journey
• Respond quickly across phone, email, WhatsApp, and Slack
• Maintain proactive communication from inquiry through post-flight follow-up

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Track inquiries, quotes, bookings, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Maintain an organized pipeline with no missed opportunities
• Support sales reporting and forecasting

Team Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth charter execution
• Communicate client requirements clearly and accurately
• Participate in rotating coverage to support a fast-paced client service environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, high-ticket sales, luxury services, or relationship-driven client roles
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident communicating with high-value and demanding clientele
• Strong responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Comfortable working remotely during EST hours with rotating availability

Nice to Have

• Private aviation or charter sales experience
• Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms
• Knowledge of private jet categories, cabin configurations, and flight ranges
• Understanding of Part 135 operations
• Luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, or executive-services experience
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions
