Management\nConfigure, monitor, and maintain cloud and infrastructure environments\nSupport platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or related technologies\nMonitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance\nAssist with infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes\nHelp maintain reliable and scalable technical environments\nNetwork Engineering & Troubleshooting\nConfigure and support network environments\nTroubleshoot network, connectivity, DNS, routing, and infrastructure issues\nDiagnose complex technical problems across systems and environments\nMonitor network health and performance\nHelp maintain reliable connectivity across business systems\nCybersecurity & Security Operations\nImplement and maintain security best practices\nMonitor systems for potential security issues\nSupport security-related troubleshooting and incident response\nHelp identify infrastructure vulnerabilities and operational risks\nCollaborate with relevant teams to improve the organization’s security posture\nIdentity & Access Management\nManage user access, permissions, and authentication\nSupport appropriate access controls across systems and platforms\nTroubleshoot authentication and authorization issues\nHelp maintain secure access practices\nAssist with onboarding, offboarding, and access changes when required\nMonitoring & Incident Response\nMonitor systems for performance, availability, and security issues\nInvestigate alerts and technical incidents\nSupport incident response and troubleshooting\nIdentify root causes and help implement corrective actions\nEscalate critical infrastructure or security issues appropriately\nInfrastructure Automation\nIdentify repetitive infrastructure tasks that can be automated\nBuild or support automation for routine technical processes\nImprove consistency and efficiency across infrastructure workflows\nReduce unnecessary manual administration where possible\nDocumentation & Technical Operations\nMaintain clear technical documentation\nDocument infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures\nKeep operational and security documentation current\nSupport repeatable processes for deployments, incidents, and system changes\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with engineering, IT, security, and business teams\nSupport technical projects and infrastructure initiatives\nCommunicate technical issues clearly to relevant stakeholders\nHelp coordinate deployments, upgrades, and operational changes\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in network engineering, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, systems administration, or a related infrastructure role\nExperience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and/or enterprise networking technologies\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity concepts and security best practices\nExperience troubleshooting complex technical and connectivity issues\nUnderstanding of user access, permissions, and authentication\nExperience monitoring infrastructure, networks, or systems\nStrong technical documentation skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nProfessional working English\nAbility to work effectively in a remote environment\nNice to Have\nRelevant technical certifications\nCloud certifications related to AWS, Azure, or GCP\nNetworking or cybersecurity certifications\nExperience with infrastructure or task automation\nExperience
