Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.\nThis is a high-impact operations role responsible for managing construction contracts, AIA billing, bonding documentation, project records, and day-to-day project coordination across multiple active commercial projects.\nYou’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, municipalities, vendors, bonding companies, and leadership to ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on meaningful impact.\nWhat You’ll Own\nContracts & Bonding Management\nManage commercial construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate:\nBid bonds\nPerformance bonds\nMaintenance bonds\nPrepare and submit bonding documentation accurately and on time.\nCommunicate with bonding companies, municipalities, general contractors, and project stakeholders.\nMonitor contract compliance and maintain organized project documentation.\nAIA Billing & Project Administration\nPrepare and submit AIA billing packages (G702/G703).\nMaintain and update Schedule of Values (SOV).\nTrack retainage and project payment milestones.\nEnsure billing packages are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.\nIdentify potential billing or payment issues before they impact project cash flow.\nProject Systems & Documentation\nMaintain project documentation within Buildertrend or similar construction management platforms.\nTrack:\nProject schedules\nReceipts\nMilestones\nProgress updates\nMaintain accurate project records and documentation.\nEnsure CRM and project management systems remain current and reliable.\nSupport leadership reporting and project visibility.\nAdministrative & Project Coordination\nCoordinate communication with:\nClients\nContractors\nVendors\nMunicipalities\nInternal teams\nSupport pre-construction and project administration activities.\nOrganize contracts, permits, drawings, and supporting documentation.\nParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned responsibilities.\nAssist with operational coordination to keep projects moving efficiently.\nRequirements\nMust-Have Qualifications\nExperience\nProven experience supporting commercial construction projects.\nHands-on experience with:\nAIA Billing (G702/G703)\nSchedule of Values (SOV)\nConstruction contracts\nConstruction bonding processes\nExperience tracking retainage and construction payment documentation.\nCore Skills\nStrong understanding of:\nCommercial construction workflows\nContract administration\nProject coordination\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nExcellent written and verbal English
