schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nCoordinate project activities to ensure work progresses according to plan.\nTrack project scope, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.\nIdentify potential risks, delays, and issues and implement solutions proactively.\nEnsure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with requirements.\nBudget & Financial Management\nDevelop and track project budgets, estimates, and costs.\nMonitor invoices, expenses, payments, and overall project profitability.\nReview project financial performance and identify discrepancies or cost risks.\nSupport forecasting, reporting, and budget adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.\nMaintain accurate financial and project records.\nVendor & Resource Coordination\nCoordinate vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and other external partners.\nObtain quotes, evaluate pricing, and support procurement activities.\nCoordinate material, equipment, and service deliveries according to project schedules.\nMonitor vendor performance and resolve delivery or service issues.\nEnsure resources are available when needed to prevent project delays.\nStakeholder Communication\nServe as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nMaintain consistent communication regarding project status, timelines, requirements, and issues.\nOrganize project meetings and follow up on action items.\nPrepare project updates, reports, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.\nManage client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.\nDocumentation & Process Management\nMaintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, contracts, and records.\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and project processes.\nTrack project deliverables and ensure required documentation is completed.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.\nProblem Solving & Operations\nResolve scheduling conflicts, operational issues, and project obstacles.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward.\nBalance multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.\nSupport leadership with special projects and operational initiatives when required.\nRequired Experience & Skills (Must-Have)\n3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.\nProven experience managing projects from planning through completion.\nStrong experience with project scheduling, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nExperience managing budgets, costs, invoices, or project financials.\nExperience coordinating vendors, contractors, subcontractors, or external partners.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.\nExperience using project management, CRM, ERP, or business operations software.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of project
