If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy structured operational work, this is a great opportunity.\nResponsibilities\nContract Management & Execution\nManage customer contracts from initiation through execution.\nMaintain accurate contract records, terms, and customer information.\nEnsure documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.\nOrganize and maintain contract documentation.\nCRM & Contract Tracking\nMaintain contract trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.\nMonitor renewals, contract status, and account updates.\nUpdate Salesforce with accurate customer and contract information.\nMaintain clean, organized CRM records.\nCustomer Communication\nContact customers regarding contract execution and follow-ups.\nExplain pricing, service agreements, and contract details.\nSend agreements through DocuSign and follow up until completion.\nRecord customer interactions within Salesforce.\nRevenue Operations & Documentation\nSupport recurring revenue operations and account updates.\nAssist with AutoPay enrollment and billing-related follow-ups.\nPrepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve contract and operational workflows.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n2-4 years of experience in customer operations, contract administration, billing operations, or operations support.\nHands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and DocuSign.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nComfortable with outbound customer communication and follow-up.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with recurring revenue (RMR), billing, or collections.\nExperience in SaaS, subscription, or service-based businesses.\nBackground managing high-volume contract workflows.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccurate and timely contract execution.\nHigh-quality Salesforce and CRM data.\nStrong customer follow-up and communication.\nEfficient contract turnaround times.\nReliable operational reporting and documentation.\nInterview Process\nInitial Recruiter Screening\nRecruiter Interview\nClient Interview\nOffer & Onboarding\nWhat Happens After You Apply\nRight after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video.
