You’ll Own\nData Analysis & Business Insights\nCollect, clean, organize, and analyze business data\nIdentify trends, patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers\nTranslate raw data into meaningful business insights\nInvestigate data questions and provide evidence-based recommendations\nSupport stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting needs\nSQL & Data Management\nWrite, maintain, and optimize SQL queries\nExtract and combine data from multiple sources\nWork with relational databases and structured datasets\nValidate datasets for completeness and accuracy\nTroubleshoot inconsistencies across reporting and source systems\nDashboards & Business Intelligence\nDevelop and maintain dashboards using tools such as:\nPower BI\nTableau\nLooker\nSimilar BI platforms\nBuild recurring reports for business stakeholders\nCreate clear visualizations that make complex information easier to understand\nMaintain consistent definitions and reporting logic across dashboards\nData Pipelines & Integrations\nBuild or maintain data pipelines and integrations\nHelp connect business systems and reporting environments\nSupport reliable movement of data between platforms\nTroubleshoot pipeline and integration issues\nImprove the scalability and reliability of data workflows\nReporting Automation\nAutomate recurring reporting and data preparation processes\nReduce manual spreadsheet and reporting work\nBuild repeatable workflows for common reporting requirements\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency\nHelp ensure stakeholders have timely access to reliable information\nData Quality & Reliability\nMonitor and improve data accuracy\nIdentify missing, duplicated, or inconsistent information\nValidate reporting outputs against source data\nImprove processes that support reliable reporting\nMaintain organized documentation around reporting and data workflows\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements\nTranslate business questions into analytical requirements\nPresent findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences\nExplain trends, metrics, and recommendations in practical business terms\nCollaborate across teams to improve data accessibility and reporting\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role\nStrong hands-on SQL skills\nExperience with Excel and/or Google Sheets\nExperience using at least one BI or visualization platform such as:\nPower BI\nTableau\nLooker\nSimilar tools\nFamiliarity with databases and data warehouses\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to identify patterns and insights within complex datasets\nStrong attention to data accuracy and reporting reliability\nAbility to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders\nProfessional working English\nComfortable
