# E-commerce Operations & Data Analyst

Position Type: Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We’re hiring a E-commerce Operations & Data Analyst to support the day-to-day logistics, inventory, and operational reporting functions of a growing ecommerce business. This role is primarily focused on logistics coordination, inventory management, operational reporting, and spreadsheet-based analysis. Alongside operations responsibilities, you’ll also help improve internal workflows using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT - supporting areas such as reporting, dashboards, automation, and repetitive task optimization. This is not a highly technical engineering role. We are looking for someone with strong logistics and operational thinking who is comfortable using modern AI tools to improve efficiency and systems over time.
