You’ll coordinate freight and inventory, maintain accurate operational data, manage Shopify information, build reports and dashboards, and use spreadsheets to help the business make better operational decisions.\nYou’ll also use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline repetitive work, improve reporting, and make internal processes more efficient.\nThe ideal candidate combines logistics and e-commerce experience with strong spreadsheet and analytical skills and enjoys continuously improving how operations are run.\nWhat You’ll Own\nLogistics & Freight Coordination\nManage freight and shipment coordination from start to finish.\nTrack shipments, deliveries, and fulfillment timelines.\nCoordinate closely with warehouses and logistics partners.\nMaintain visibility into shipment status and proactively address delays.\nKeep accurate and organized logistics records.\nEnsure day-to-day logistics workflows run smoothly.\nInventory & Purchase Order Management\nMonitor inventory levels and stock availability.\nCreate and manage purchase orders based on inventory needs.\nUse sales trends and forecasting data to support purchasing decisions.\nHelp prevent stockouts and unnecessary overstock.\nMaintain accurate inventory trackers and records.\nSupport inventory planning across products and fulfillment channels.\nE-commerce Operations\nManage and update product and operational data within Shopify.\nMaintain accurate product information and internal records.\nSupport day-to-day e-commerce operational workflows.\nCoordinate information across inventory, logistics, sales, and customer operations.\nIdentify operational issues and help resolve them before they impact customers.\nReporting & Data Analysis\nMaintain structured operational spreadsheets and trackers.\nGenerate recurring reports covering:\nSales\nInventory\nReturns\nCustomer service\nProduct performance\nLogistics\nAnalyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.\nBuild and maintain dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into performance.\nSupport inventory forecasting and operational planning using reliable data.\nAI & Workflow Improvement\nUse ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI tools to improve day-to-day operational workflows.\nIdentify repetitive processes that can be simplified or automated.\nUse AI to inventory management, supply chain coordination, or e-commerce operations.\nExperience coordinating freight, shipments, warehouses, or inventory workflows.\nStrong spreadsheet skills using Excel or Google Sheets.\nStrong operational reporting and data management abilities.\nExperience building or maintaining dashboards, reporting systems, or operational trackers.\nExperience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.\nPractical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools in a business environment.\nExperience improving workflows or automating repetitive operational tasks.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.\nNice to
