decisions.\nRequirements\nMust-Have Qualifications\nExperience\n2+ years of experience in:\nFinancial Analysis\nFP&A\nData Analytics\nExperience supporting business decision-making through financial and operational analysis.\nCore Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including:\nPivot Tables\nINDEX/MATCH\nFinancial Modeling\nAdvanced formulas\nStrong SQL skills, including:\nData extraction\nJoins\nQuery optimization\nExperience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal English
