The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with proactive communication, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work without constant supervision.\nWhat You’ll Own\nFull-Stack Development\nBuild, maintain, and improve features across front-end and back-end systems.\nWrite clean, well-tested, scalable, and maintainable code.\nWork with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or equivalent technologies.\nFeature Development & Ownership\nTake ownership of features from initial design and development through deployment.\nCollaborate with the technical team to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with product goals.\nManage development tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery.\nCode Quality & Reviews\nParticipate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.\nFollow collaborative development practices, including Git workflows and pull requests.\nContribute to a codebase that is reliable, maintainable, and easy for the team to work with.\nBug Triage & Resolution\nInvestigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across the technology stack.\nPrioritize fixes based on user needs and business impact.\nSupport testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.\nTechnical Collaboration\nWork closely with engineers and stakeholders to scope requirements and evaluate technical tradeoffs.\nCommunicate progress, raise blockers early, and ask clarifying questions when requirements are unclear.\nBalance rapid delivery with long-term maintainability and product quality.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nProven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a track record of delivering production-ready features.\nProficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, Vue, or equivalent frameworks.\nExperience with back-end frameworks and server-side development.\nSolid understanding of databases, RESTful API design, and system integration patterns.\nExperience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.\nAbility to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues across the stack.\nStrong written English communication skills for working effectively with a distributed team.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of deliverables.\nWhat Makes You a Strong Fit\nYou can own a feature end-to-end, from initial implementation through deployment and monitoring.\nYou communicate proactively, flag blockers early, and clarify requirements before making assumptions.\nYou value code quality without allowing perfectionism to delay delivery unnecessarily.\nYou approach code reviews as opportunities to collaborate and improve.\nYou adapt to feedback, work well with others, and make thoughtful technical decisions.\nYou understand how to balance immediate product needs with long-term maintainability.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nProduct features are delivered on time and meet agreed requirements.\nCode is clean, tested, scalable, and maintainable.\nBugs are investigated and resolved according to their impact.\nTechnical risks and blockers are communicated early.\nCode reviews, testing, documentation, and deployment are consistently part of the development process.\nThe team can rely on you to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervision.\nTypical Day\nYour day will focus on building and improving the product.
