Working closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams, you’ll manage incoming requests, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on next-business-day turnaround.\nYou’ll work with established brand guidelines, an extensive photo library, and existing design systems while identifying opportunities to improve the visual identity across brands.\nWhat You’ll Own\nDesign Delivery & Turnaround\nComplete everyday design requests by the next business day, including email headers, social graphics, promotional assets, web banners, and product images.\nEstablish clear deadlines with requesters for larger projects and deliver work on schedule.\nManage multiple requests while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.\nDigital Design & Marketing Assets\nCreate email templates, social media graphics, landing page assets, Google and Meta ad creatives, and YouTube thumbnails.\nDevelop product imagery and storefront visuals that support marketing and sales goals.\nMaintain reusable templates that enable the marketing team to create simple assets independently.\nPrint Design & Production\nDesign catalogs, flyers, trade show banners, event signage, apparel graphics, trailer wraps, and decals.\nPrepare print-ready files with accurate bleed, color specifications, and dielines.\nCoordinate with print vendors and manage revisions through final production.\nBrand Consistency & Improvement\nMaintain consistent visual standards across multiple brands.\nApply established brand guidelines and design systems.\nIdentify weaknesses in existing branding and recommend practical design improvements.\nPhoto Library & Product Imagery\nSource, retouch, and organize product and marketing photography using the company's digital asset library.\nKeep images properly tagged and organized so teams can find and reuse assets efficiently.\nSelect and prepare imagery that fits each brand's visual identity and intended use.\nCommunication & Workflow Management\nStay responsive in Slack throughout the Eastern workday.\nAcknowledge requests promptly, clarify essential details upfront, and share proofs directly in request threads.\nCoordinate with marketing, sales, and retail teams to keep projects moving without unnecessary follow-ups.\nAI-Assisted Design\nUse AI-assisted tools where they improve speed and efficiency.\nApply strong design judgment to ensure every final asset meets quality, brand, and production standards.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n5+ years of professional graphic design experience across digital and print media.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital marketing assets and print-ready design work.\nExcellent understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, composition, and effective use of color.\nAbility to work within established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities for improvement.\nExperience with photo retouching, product imagery, and preparing assets for different platforms and formats.\nAbility to prepare accurate, production-ready print files.\nStrong time management skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.\nClear communication skills and consistent responsiveness in Slack during Eastern business hours.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple requests, and take ownership of deliverables.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity, Figma, Canva, or equivalent design tools.\nNice to Have\nExperience with video editing or motion graphics.\nFamiliarity with digital asset management
