successful software implementations-from project kickoff to post-launch adoption and optimization.\nThis role combines project management, business process analysis, software configuration, client onboarding, training, and technical consulting to ensure customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of the platform.\nYou’ll work closely with clients to understand their workflows, configure end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.\nManage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and milestones are achieved.\nCoordinate project deliverables with clients and internal teams.\nProvide regular implementation updates and communicate project status to stakeholders.\nEnsure successful software adoption and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nRequirements Gathering & Solution Design\nConduct discovery sessions to understand client workflows and business requirements.\nAnalyze operational processes and identify implementation needs.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable software configurations.\nRecommend workflow improvements and platform best practices.\nDesign implementation plans aligned with client objectives.\nSystem Configuration & Setup\nConfigure software based on customer requirements and business processes.\nCustomize platform settings and features to meet implementation goals.\nCoordinate advanced configuration requests with technical teams.\nOptimize system usability, efficiency, and long-term adoption.\nData Migration & Integrations\nSupport data migration activities including mapping, validation, and imports.\nCoordinate API integrations and third-party system connectivity.\nValidate migrated data and troubleshoot integration issues.\nEnsure secure and accurate transfer of client data during onboarding.\nTraining & User Enablement\nDeliver onboarding sessions for administrators and end users.\nCreate implementation guides, SOPs, and training documentation.\nConduct live demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and user workshops.\nEnsure customers are confident using the platform after launch.\nTesting, Troubleshooting & Post-Go-Live Support\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nTroubleshoot implementation and configuration issues.\nEscalate technical challenges when necessary.\nRecommend system optimizations following deployment.\nSupport customers throughout post-launch adoption.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.\nCommunicate client feedback and product enhancement opportunities.\nHelp improve implementation processes and onboarding experiences.\nContribute to scalable implementation standards and best practices.\nRequirements\nMust-Have Qualifications\nExperience\n3+ years of experience in:\nSoftware Implementation\nTechnical Consulting\nClient Onboarding\nCustomer Success\nExperience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software platforms.\nCore Skills\nStrong understanding of software implementation lifecycles.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\nStrong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.\nExperience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.\nTechnical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience supporting data migrations and
