You’ll manage freight and purchase orders, maintain accurate inventory data, build operational reports, and use tools like Shopify, Claude, and ChatGPT to create smarter, more scalable workflows.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLogistics & Inventory Operations\nManage freight, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and warehouse communication\nCreate and manage purchase orders based on sell-through, inventory forecasts, and revenue projections\nMonitor inventory levels and proactively identify stock risks\nMaintain accurate product and variant data in Shopify\nCoordinate with warehouse teams to support accurate and efficient fulfillment\nData Analysis & Reporting\nBuild advanced spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and operational reports\nAnalyze inventory, returns, customer service, and product-quality data\nTurn large datasets into actionable operational insights\nImprove visibility into logistics, inventory, and business performance\nIdentify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities through data\nAI, Automation & Systems\nUse Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to improve operational workflows\nBuild centralized reporting and data-management systems\nHelp connect data across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and internal systems\nAutomate repetitive workflows and reduce manual work\nTest new AI tools and systems that can improve operational efficiency\nProcess Improvement\nBuild scalable operational workflows and documentation\nImprove reporting accuracy and data consistency\nIdentify logistics and operational bottlenecks before they become problems\nCollaborate with warehouse, customer support, operations, and leadership teams\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProven experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or inventory management\nHands-on experience with Shopify\nExperience managing:\nFreight and shipments\nPurchase orders\nInventory\nWarehouse coordination\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills\nStrong quantitative and data-analysis capabilities\nExperience working with large operational datasets\nPractical experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools\nStrong systems and process-improvement mindset\nExcellent written and verbal English\nAbility to work independently during U.S. business hours\nNice to Have\nExperience connecting Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo data\nAPIs, automation, or AI integration experience\nDashboard and centralized reporting experience\nE-commerce or consumer products background\nInventory forecasting and margin analysis experience\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccurate inventory and operational data\nOn-time shipment and purchase order coordination\nFewer logistics errors and operational bottlenecks\nReliable, decision-ready dashboards and reports\nImproved inventory forecasting and visibility\nSuccessful AI and automation initiatives that reduce manual work\nInterview Process\nApplication Review\nSpark Hire Intro Video\nRecruiter Interview\nFinal Client Interview\nOffer & Onboarding\nWhat Happens After You Apply\nQualified candidates will receive a Spark Hire invitation to complete a short Intro Video.
