highly organized, comfortable working with Salesforce and marketing data, and knows how to keep campaigns, prospect lists, and marketing systems accurate and running smoothly.\nYou’ll work directly with senior marketing leadership and play an important role in building scalable, reliable marketing operations.\nWhat You’ll Own\nSalesforce CRM & Data Management\nMaintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce\nManage CRM hygiene, segmentation, and database organization\nAudit records and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data\nEnsure marketing data is campaign-ready and properly structured\nLead Generation & Prospect List Building\nBuild targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and similar tools\nResearch and organize prospect and company data\nAudit lists for accuracy and relevance\nPrepare segmented audiences for marketing and outreach campaigns\nMarketing Campaign Execution\nBuild and execute compliant mass email campaigns\nSupport campaign setup, tracking, and reporting\nAssist with email drafts, templates, and publishing\nCoordinate campaign assets and light creative work using Canva\nSupport marketing automation through Pardot / Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar platforms\nReporting & Marketing Analytics\nMaintain campaign tracking frameworks and dashboards\nTrack:\nCampaign performance\nLead data\nDatabase health\nMarketing activity\nProvide organized reporting and visibility to marketing leadership\nSEO & Website Support\nConduct basic website and content audits\nSupport SEO-focused website updates\nAssist with content improvements and publishing\nHelp maintain accurate and optimized website content\nMarketing Processes & SOPs\nDocument marketing workflows and SOPs\nStandardize recurring processes\nIdentify operational gaps and inefficiencies\nRecommend improvements that make marketing execution more scalable\nCompetitive & Market Research\nMaintain competitor tracking databases\nConduct basic market and competitor research\nOrganize findings to support marketing decisions\nRequirements\nHands-on experience with Salesforce, including data management, segmentation, and reporting\nExperience with marketing automation platforms such as:\nPardot / Salesforce Account Engagement\nHubSpot\nSimilar marketing automation tools\nExperience with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting platforms\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills\nExperience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\nHighly organized and process-driven\nAbility to follow, improve, and document structured workflows\nStrong written English communication\nComfortable working remotely during CST business hours\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting U.S.-based companies\nBasic SEO and
