You’ll be responsible for planning campaigns, managing digital channels, developing content and messaging, analyzing performance and working closely with sales, product and leadership to drive brand awareness and lead generation.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can independently manage multiple initiatives, make data-driven decisions, and take ownership of marketing outcomes from strategy through execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nCampaign Strategy & Execution\nPlan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.\nOwn campaigns from initial concept through execution and performance analysis.\nDevelop strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.\nContent & Messaging\nDevelop and oversee marketing content across digital channels.\nMaintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning.\nWork with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality marketing assets.\nMarket & Audience Research\nResearch market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.\nAnalyze audience insights to inform marketing strategies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve go-to-market approach.\nDigital Channel Management\nManage and optimize social media, email marketing, paid media and organic search.\nMonitor channel performance and adjust strategies based on results.\nIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, traffic and lead generation.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.\nSupport product launches and new market initiatives.\nHelp create a consistent customer journey from awareness through conversion.\nReporting & Analytics\nTrack campaign and channel performance using marketing analytics tools.\nInterpret marketing data and identify trends and opportunities.\nPresent clear recommendations and next steps based on performance.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nProven experience as a Marketing Manager or in an equivalent senior marketing role.\nDemonstrated ability to own marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.\nStrong knowledge of paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.\nExperience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.\nStrong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently.\nSpanish proficiency is a strong advantage.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\nPerfect Fit / Culture\nTakes ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.\nProactively identifies underperforming campaigns and takes action to improve them.\nCommunicates clearly across teams and time zones.\nComfortable making decisions in an environment where not every requirement is fully defined.\nBrings new ideas and a builder's mindset to growing the marketing function.\nOrganized, proactive, analytical and comfortable working independently.\nTypical Day\nYou may start by reviewing campaign dashboards and identifying areas that need attention.
