Support & Reception\nHandle incoming customer support and receptionist calls professionally.\nTransfer calls and make announcements to clients when needed.\nRespond to client questions and provide timely assistance.\nMaintain a professional and welcoming phone presence.\nClient Intake & Communication\nConduct client intakes over the phone and accurately collect required information.\nCommunicate with clients through phone and email.\nHandle client inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.\nFollow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution.\nCalendar & Appointment Management\nManage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.\nCoordinate scheduling changes, confirmations, and rescheduling.\nEnsure appointments and calendar information remain accurate and up to date.\nAdministrative Support\nPrepare basic reports and assist with organizing team workflows.\nTrack tasks, follow-ups, and administrative activities.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation.\nProvide general support with day-to-day administrative operations.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nMust-Have\nPrevious experience in customer service, receptionist, or a similar role.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nStrong knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient privacy requirements.\nFully bilingual in English and Spanish.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nFamiliarity with Google Calendar and Gmail.\nStrong organizational
