You’ll own the product design process from user research and UX flows through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, design systems, and developer handoff.\nYou’ll work closely with product developer-ready:\nDesigns\nAssets\nSpecifications\nDocumentation\nUse Figma Dev Mode or similar workflows for efficient handoff\nReview implementations and help resolve design discrepancies\nSupport QA and refinement through development and release\nTesting & Continuous Improvement\nConduct usability reviews on existing and newly launched experiences\nGather user and stakeholder feedback after releases\nRun or support A/B tests to validate design decisions\nAnalyze product performance and identify UX improvements\nContinuously iterate to improve:\nUsability\nEngagement\nRetention\nTask completion\nRequired Experience & Skills\n2+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI Design experience\nStrong proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch\nExperience designing responsive web and mobile products\nStrong understanding of:\nUX principles\nInteraction design\nUsability\nAccessibility\nResponsive design\nExperience creating:\nUser flows\nWireframes\nPrototypes\nHigh-fidelity
