Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to support high-volume residential real estate transactions from offer through closing.\nThis is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with agents to manage offers, addendums, inspections, transaction documentation, deadlines, and closing coordination.\nIf you have real estate transaction experience, are highly responsive, and know how to keep multiple deals organized and moving forward, this role is for you.\nWhat You’ll Own\nTransaction & Closing Coordination\nSupport agents throughout the transaction and closing process\nAssist with drafting offers, purchase agreements, addendums, and transaction documents\nCoordinate inspections and required follow-ups\nTrack transaction milestones, deadlines, and closing progress\nEnsure documents and transaction records remain accurate and organized\nHelp prevent delays by proactively following up on outstanding items\nAgent & Operational Support\nRespond quickly to agent requests throughout the day\nHelp agents manage transactions efficiently during high-volume periods\nCoordinate administrative and operational tasks associated with active deals\nMaintain strong responsiveness during PST business hours\nCommunication & Follow-Up\nCommunicate professionally through email, text, and Slack\nCoordinate with agents, clients, and other transaction stakeholders\nFollow up consistently on outstanding documentation and next steps\nKeep relevant parties informed throughout the transaction lifecycle\nCRM & Transaction Systems\nMaintain accurate records in CRM and transaction management systems\nManage documentation and workflows within DocuSign Rooms\nKeep transaction files complete, organized, and accessible\nMaintain accurate internal tracking and status updates\nRequirements\nExperience in real estate transaction coordination, closing coordination, real estate operations, or related administrative support\nFamiliarity with:\nOffer drafting\nPurchase agreements and addendums\nInspections\nTransaction timelines\nClosing coordination\nExperience using DocuSign Rooms, CRM systems, Slack, and Google Workspace\nAbility to manage multiple active transactions and deadlines simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal English communication\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nFast, reliable communication and follow-through\nComfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment\nMust be available 9:00 AM-6:00 PM PST\nFlexibility for occasional after-hours support when transaction volume requires it\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting U.S.-based residential real estate teams\nHigh-volume transaction coordination experience\nStartup or fast-growth company experience\nStrong
