You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal teams to evaluate opportunities, coordinate communication, and keep deals moving efficiently.\nResponsibilities\nDeal Analysis\nReview property information, deal structures, and investment opportunities.\nAnalyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions.\nPrepare deal summaries and recommendations for leadership.\nPipeline Management\nTrack active deals from lead through closing.\nMonitor deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups.\nIdentify risks or bottlenecks that could delay transactions.\nCommunication & Coordination\nCoordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal stakeholders.\nSchedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups.\nEnsure all parties remain aligned throughout the transaction process.\nCRM & Documentation\nMaintain accurate CRM records, notes, and deal statuses.\nPrepare reports and supporting documentation.\nKeep deal files organized and up to date.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify workflow inefficiencies.\nRecommend improvements that increase transaction speed and operational efficiency.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nExperience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management, or a similar role.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate property and transaction data.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nExperience with CRM systems and Google Workspace.\nAbility to manage multiple active deals simultaneously.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.\nReliable internet connection and availability for 30+ hours per week.\nNice to Have\nExperience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions.\nFamiliarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology.\nExperience with Podio, Follow Up Boss, REI BlackBook, or similar platforms.\nExperience supporting high-volume real estate investment teams.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDeals move through the pipeline efficiently and on schedule.\nCRM records remain accurate and up to date.\nClear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.\nLeadership has visibility into deal status and next steps.\nProcess improvements increase transaction volume and efficiency.\nInterview Process\nInitial Recruiter Screening\nIntro Video (Spark Hire)\nClient Interview\nOffer & Onboarding\nWhat Happens After You Apply\nRight after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video.
