Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial property portfolios.\nThis is a hands-on operations role focused on tenant communication, leasing, maintenance coordination, property management systems, and owner reporting.\nYou’ll work closely with tenants, vendors, property owners, and internal teams to keep property operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly.\nWhat You’ll Own\nTenant & Leasing Coordination\nRespond to tenant inquiries regarding rent, leases, maintenance, and property policies\nProcess leases, renewals, applications, and tenant onboarding documentation\nSend rent, renewal, and compliance reminders\nMaintain accurate tenant files and signed documentation\nSupport property listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, MLS, and similar platforms\nProperty Management Systems\nMaintain accurate records in Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar platforms\nTrack rent collections, delinquencies, occupancy, vacancies, and late fees\nMaintain rent rolls, occupancy trackers, and operational reports\nKeep tenant and property records accurate and up to date\nMaintenance & Vendor Coordination\nCreate and assign maintenance work orders\nCoordinate scheduling between tenants and vendors\nTrack maintenance requests through completion\nFollow up proactively on outstanding issues\nVerify vendor invoices against completed work\nOwner Reporting & Operations\nPrepare owner statements, occupancy reports, vacancy updates, and operational summaries\nProvide visibility into rent collections, leasing activity, and open maintenance issues\nEnsure reporting is accurate and delivered on time\nDocumentation & Compliance\nMaintain organized, audit-ready property documentation\nSupport compliance with Fair Housing requirements, lease procedures, and applicable landlord-tenant regulations\nEnsure applications, inspections, agreements, and tenant records are properly maintained\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in property management, leasing coordination, real estate operations, or property administration\nHands-on experience with Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar property management software\nExperience with leasing documentation and tenant communication\nUnderstanding of rent collection and maintenance workflows\nStrong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills\nExcellent written and verbal English communication\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through\nComfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting portfolios of 100+ units\nResidential, commercial, or mixed-use property experience\nMulti-state property management exposure\nFamiliarity with DocuSign or Dotloop\nExperience with security deposits,
