You’ll take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery, creating distinctive and strategically grounded visual systems across both digital and print. You’ll work closely with strategy, copywriting and account teams to translate positioning into compelling visual identities, while presenting your work confidently to clients and ensuring every final deliverable is polished, consistent and easy to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nBrand Identity Development\nLead the creation and evolution of comprehensive brand identities from concept through final delivery.\nDevelop distinctive visual systems that align with client positioning and strategic goals.\nEnsure brand identities remain coherent and consistent across different applications and touchpoints.\nVisual Design Execution\nCreate high-quality graphic design assets across print and digital platforms.\nDesign logos, typography systems, color palettes, brand elements, packaging, and marketing collateral.\nApply strong visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and typography across all deliverables.\nBrand Guidelines & Documentation\nCreate comprehensive brand books and visual style guides.\nClearly document brand standards so clients, internal teams, and external vendors can apply them consistently.\nMaintain organized, production-ready files and high-quality handoffs.\nClient Presentation\nPrepare and present design concepts directly to clients.\nClearly communicate the strategic reasoning behind visual decisions.\nRespond professionally to questions and feedback while maintaining the integrity of the brand concept.\nCreative Direction & Iteration\nLead internal design reviews and creative feedback cycles.\nIncorporate client and team feedback accurately and efficiently.\nKnow when to defend a design decision and when to adapt based on feedback.\nMaintain quality and consistency through multiple rounds of iteration.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with strategy, copywriting, and account teams throughout the branding process.\nEnsure visual concepts are aligned with brand positioning and target audiences.\nCommunicate project progress, questions, and potential issues proactively.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in brand design or graphic design.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity projects.\nDeep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.\nFamiliarity with Figma or similar tools for presenting and sharing design systems.\nDemonstrated experience designing for both print and digital media.\nStrong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.\nProfessional fluency in Portuguese.\nWorking proficiency in English is a strong advantage, particularly for international or client-facing work.\nExperience working in a branding agency, creative consultancy, or similar environment.\nAbility to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.\nPerfect Fit / Culture\nTakes creative ownership from initial brief through final delivery.\nAsks the right questions early and identifies potential issues before they become problems.\nHas strong creative judgment while remaining open and professional when receiving feedback.\nAdapts quickly without compromising the quality or strategic intent of the work.\nMaintains excellent file organization, naming conventions, and handoff standards.\nCommunicates proactively with clients and teammates in both async and live environments.\nComfortable working independently while staying aligned with the wider creative team.\nTypical Day\nYou’ll begin by reviewing active brand projects across client portfolio and prioritizing your work based on deadlines and project needs.\nYour day may include developing concepts for a new brand identity, creating logo variations, testing designs across mockups, or refining color and typography systems based on client feedback.\nYou may also collaborate with the strategy team on positioning for an upcoming project, participate in a client presentation, or prepare a brand guidelines document for delivery.
