About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused SEO Specialist to own and scale organic search growth across digital properties.

This role is responsible for driving measurable increases in organic traffic, keyword visibility, technical SEO health, and lead generation performance. You will oversee the full SEO lifecycle - from technical audits and keyword research to content optimization, reporting, and search performance strategy.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical SEO knowledge with a data-driven growth mindset and hands-on experience improving rankings in competitive search environments.

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Build content optimization plans aligned with search intent, buyer journeys, and business goals
  • Continuously monitor SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and competitive landscapes

Technical SEO & Site Optimization

  • Perform technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SEMrush, or similar tools
  • Identify and resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, duplicate content, broken links, redirects, and site architecture
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, page speed, and overall site performance
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, internal linking strategies, and SEO best practices across websites

Content Optimization & On-Page SEO

  • Optimize metadata, headings, URLs, image alt text, and on-page structure for search visibility
  • Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to create SEO-optimized content strategies
  • Support blog, landing page, and product page optimization initiatives
  • Ensure content aligns with keyword strategy, user intent, and conversion objectives

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Develop ethical backlink acquisition and outreach strategies
  • Support guest posting, PR outreach, partnerships, and authority-building initiatives
  • Monitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities to improve domain authority and trust signals

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, conversions, and engagement metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
  • Build weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Analyze user behavior, landing page performance, and conversion trends to improve SEO outcomes
  • Monitor and report on ROI across SEO campaigns and optimization efforts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements
  • Provide SEO guidance during website redesigns, migrations, and product launches
  • Ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into broader marketing and content workflows

  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures
  • Experience tracking SEO performance metrics and conversion analytics
  • Strong written English communication skills

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking setup
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth content environments
  • Experience improving rankings for competitive keywords with measurable business outcomes
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles and SEO-driven lead generation
