We provide the direction and assets; you turn them into high-quality Instagram and LinkedIn posts, graphics, and carousels while helping maintain a consistent backlog of finished content ready to publish.\nWhat You’ll Own\nSocial Content Design\nDesign polished content for Instagram and LinkedIn\nCreate single-image posts, graphics, and multi-slide carousels\nTransform existing photography and brand assets into engaging social creative\nTranslate provided creative direction into finished designs\nMaintain consistent visual quality across social content\nAdapt creative for different social formats and placements\nBrand & Visual Consistency\nWork within established brand guidelines and creative direction\nMaintain consistency across typography, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy\nUse strong design judgment to elevate existing assets\nEnsure every piece of content feels cohesive with the broader brand\nCreate premium, intentional designs rather than generic or template-driven content\nContent Production & Backlog\nMaintain a consistent pipeline of completed social creative\nBuild and maintain a backlog of finished content ready to publish\nManage multiple creative requests efficiently\nIncorporate feedback accurately and quickly\nKeep design files and creative assets organized\nDeliver finished assets in appropriate formats for publishing\nRequirements\nProfessional experience in graphic design, social media design, content design, or a similar creative role\nStrong visual taste and attention to detail\nPortfolio demonstrating polished social or digital design work\nExperience designing for Instagram and/or LinkedIn\nStrong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy\nAbility to work effectively from existing brand assets and creative direction\nComfortable producing content consistently and efficiently\nStrong organizational and file-management skills\nAbility to receive feedback and translate it into polished creative\nComfortable working in a fractional, remote capacity\nPreferred Skills\nStrong experience with Figma\nExperience with Adobe Illustrator\nExperience with Adobe Photoshop\nStrong carousel design experience\nExperience designing for both Instagram and LinkedIn\nExperience working within established brand systems\nAbility to work efficiently with large photography and creative asset libraries\nTools & Technology\nFigma | Adobe Illustrator | Adobe Photoshop | Instagram | LinkedIn | Creative Asset Libraries | Social Media Design Tools\nWhat Makes You a Strong Fit\nYou’ll likely thrive in this role if you:\nHave a naturally strong eye for design\nCan make existing assets feel polished and intentional\nUnderstand what makes social content visually engaging\nAre particularly strong at designing clean, compelling carousels\nCan follow established creative direction without requiring detailed instructions for every asset\nCare about typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency\nWork efficiently without sacrificing visual quality\nAre execution-oriented rather than looking to own social strategy\nCan provide reliable ongoing creative support on a fractional basis\nWhat a Typical Project Looks Like\nYou’ll receive photography, brand assets, and creative direction for upcoming content.
