and actionable design recommendations\nAnalyze user behavior using tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, and Google Analytics\nDesign experiences that balance user needs with product and business objectives\nWireframing & Prototyping\nCreate user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes\nDevelop low-fidelity concepts through high-fidelity product designs\nWork primarily in Figma, with experience in Adobe XD or Sketch also valuable\nRapidly iterate based on user testing, stakeholder feedback, and product requirements\nClearly present and explain design decisions to stakeholders\nUI & Product Design\nDesign clean, modern interfaces for web and mobile products\nCreate responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile\nApply strong principles of:\nTypography\nLayout and spacing\nColor\nVisual hierarchy\nInteraction design\nDesign intuitive onboarding, navigation, dashboards, workflows, and conversion paths\nDesign Systems\nBuild and maintain reusable components and scalable design systems\nEstablish consistent patterns for layouts, components, spacing, and interactions\nMaintain style guides and design documentation\nEnsure visual and functional consistency across products and features\nAccessibility & Usability\nApply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility best practices\nDesign with contrast, keyboard navigation, screen readers, and responsive behavior in mind\nIdentify usability issues before they reach development\nContinuously improve experiences based on testing and product feedback\nDeveloper Handoff & Collaboration\nPartner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle\nPrepare developer-ready specifications, assets, and documentation\nUse tools such as Figma Dev
