You’ll own the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff, ensuring every product is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve real product challenges through thoughtful, data-informed design.\nResponsibilities\nUser Research & Experience Design\nConduct user research, usability testing, surveys, and user behavior analysis.\nCreate user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.\nTranslate user insights into intuitive product experiences.\nAnalyze user feedback and product performance to improve usability and engagement.\nWireframing & Prototyping\nCreate low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.\nDesign responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.\nIterate designs quickly based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.\nPrototype user journeys, onboarding flows, dashboards, and key product interactions.\nUI Design & Design Systems\nDesign clean, modern, and accessible interfaces with strong visual hierarchy.\nBuild and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.\nEnsure consistency across products and digital touchpoints.\nApply responsive and accessibility best practices (WCAG).\nCollaboration & Developer Handoff\nPartner closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nDeliver organized developer handoffs using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar tools.\nCollaborate during sprint planning, design reviews, and implementation.\nSupport development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.\nContinuous Improvement\nOptimize user journeys, landing pages, onboarding experiences, and conversion flows.\nReview analytics, A/B testing results, and usability findings to refine designs.\nContinuously improve product experiences through iterative design.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design.\nStrong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI work.\nProficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.\nStrong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.\nExperience creating user flows, interactive prototypes, and design systems.\nStrong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and hierarchy.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on feedback.\nNice to Have\nExperience designing SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce products.\nBasic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.\nExperience with Hotjar, FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar user behavior tools.\nExperience working in Agile or sprint-based product teams.\nExposure to conversion optimization and growth-focused design.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nUser-friendly, visually consistent product experiences.\nImproved usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.\nHigh-quality wireframes, prototypes, and design assets delivered on time.\nStrong collaboration with engineering teams resulting in accurate implementation.\nWell-maintained and scalable design systems.\nReduced user friction and improved product conversion.\nInterview Process\nInitial Recruiter Screening\nVideo Interview with Pavago Recruiter\nPortfolio Review + Practical Design Task\nClient Interview\nOffer & Onboarding\nWhat Happens After You Apply\nRight after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video.
